Grorud's origins are in metal pressing. Today, we press a wide variety of components for the automotive, business machine, DIY, building and construction industries. Our reputation has been built upon providing a flexible service approach for all sizes of organisations in all types of industries in locations all over the world.

Our products are distributed to every continent, and significantly, one of our largest contracts involves the servicing of major manufacturing sites in both Poland and Romania.

Grorud's success has prompted our customers to request additional processes over and above the pressing of their components. Virtually all our customers now enjoy significant cost savings through the adoption of our more integrated manufacturing approach.

Assembly, Finishing and Logistics

Grorud now offer metal assembly processes including; automated and manual MIG welding, spot welding as well as automated and semi automated riveting. Whilst many of our components are manufactured from pre-treated materials, we also offer a wide range of metal finishing processes including in-house powder coating and electrophoretic painting.

Once the metal components are complete, we continue to provide our customers with cost saving solutions. We offer in-house assembly of all components into finished units including the assembly of; mechanical and electro-mechanical units, PCBs and electronics. Finally, we pack the finished units in retail packing and deliver directly to the customers' distribution depots.
