Any other duties applicable will be to the buyers account. Guarantee Returns PolicyWe can only accept returns in their original packaging. In the unlikely event of a fault developing with any Grorud product, faulty items can be returned within twelve months of the date of purchase. Grorud will then either repair or replace the product at its own discretion. Any product returned where the reported fault, in Grorud's opinion, has been caused by either misuse or neglect will be either returned or repaired at the buyer's expense. Grorud's liability under this warrantee is limited solely to the cost of replacement goods.
